Membership Agreement

Membership is valid for one full year from the activation date. An online profile needs to be completed with the first payment. No substitutions can be made. Sets are as-is. Early cancellation will cause full retail price and all discounts to be deducted from any membership fees credited. Unused vouchers expire at the end of your membership.
